Don't have a monthly IT service need? You can contract for a certain number of hours, to use whenever you need them.

Block of Time Contracts are perfect for companies that have IT projects throughout the year, but do not necessarily have a monthly IT need. Get the best of a monthly contract with the flexibility to use the hours throughout the contract year. We are pro-active in monitoring your network on a scheduled basis.

Available IT Packages:

  • 25 HOUR BLOCK – Maximum Response Time: 1 Business Day

    Includes bi-weekly proactive review of system event logs, messaging platform health, data protection routines, endpoint protection logs, and data storage consumption. We include cloud-based, proactive, monitoring of up to two network servers. Standard travel and remote support rates will be applied to this contract. Service will be provided by the next business day of your request on any business day (M-F) provided the request is made before 11:00 AM.

  • 50 HOUR BLOCK – Maximum Response Time: 1 Business Day

    Includes bi-weekly proactive review of system event logs, messaging platform health, data protection routines, endpoint protection logs, and data storage consumption. We include cloud-based, proactive, monitoring of up to two network servers. Standard travel and remote support rates will be applied to this contract. Service will be provided by the next business day of your request on any business day (M-F) provided the request is made before 11:00 AM.

  • 100 HOUR BLOCK – Maximum Response Time: 1 Business Day

    Includes bi-weekly proactive review of system event logs, messaging platform health, data protection routines, endpoint protection logs, and data storage consumption. We include cloud-based, proactive, monitoring of up to two network servers. Standard travel and remote support rates will be applied to this contract. Service will be provided by the next business day of your request on any business day (M-F) provided the request is made before 11:00 AM.

  • 200 HOUR BLOCK – Maximum Response Time: Same Business Day

    Includes weekly proactive review of system event logs, messaging platform health, data protection routines, endpoint protection logs, and data storage consumption. We include cloud-based, proactive, monitoring of up to three network servers. Standard travel and remote support rates will be applied to this contract. Service will be provided on the same business day of your request on any business day (M-F) provided the request is made before 11:00 AM.
